Return Policy

to us. In order to return an unwanted item, the following criteria must be met:

number, it's only valid for 14 DAYS. If we've not received the goods
back after 14 days, the RMA number will no longer be valid. It's
therefore important that you do send the goods back WITHIN 14 days of
the RMA being issued.

Simply package up your parcel and display the RMA number.
We recommend you use the original packaging of the item
to send the item back to us. If that's not an option, you should choose a
box that is slightly larger than the item to allow for some extra
protection. Whichever option you choose, please ensure that the
packaging is strong enough for the contents and clearly shows
